Boar'S Head Recall 2024 Calendar. Deli giant boar’s head recalled over 200,000 pounds of packaged deli meats over possible listeria contamination, the usda’s food safety and inspection service announced. The recall was issued after boar's head meat was tested in connection with an ongoing listeria outbreak that has left 33 hospitalized and two dead.

All liverwurst product produced by the boar’s head company is being recalled, along with select other deli products, due to possible listeria contamination. Boar’s head has recalled more than 207,000 pounds of deli meat, including liverwurst and ham products sold nationwide, because they may contain the bacteria listeria.
